The copyright holder retains and reserves all rights. No part of this app may be copied or distributed without the written permission of the copyright holder.
All the selected sections of law in this app have been heavily edited, shortened, and displayed in a manner which increases their instructional value. They are presented as general information. They are not complete and they are not a substitute for the actual laws. They are not to be used as a legal reference. The actual laws can be found on the internet and are published by companies such as Looseleaf Publications. Since your career is in the court system, we recommend that you acquire official versions of the laws in hard copy (and also acquire the yearly amendments.)
Please note that although we have worked hard to minimize errors, we do not warrant that this app is without errors or that it can be used for any purpose other than as an instructional tool. You are encouraged to confirm any and all information in this app with other sources. Up until the date of the Court Clerk tests in 2022, we will issue updates if they are needed.
